Member Portal Reset Password

1. First, you would need to have an account in the Member Portal in order to reset the password. If you do not have an account here is a guide to create an account. In order to reach the Member Portal, you must first navigate to the Multiplying Good website. From here, please click the “login” button on the top right-hand corner of the page.
   

      

1. Click the “Reset Password” underneath the password field to the right. 
   

      

1. Enter the email address you have associated with the Member Portal account. Click “Submit” once you are sure you have entered the correct email address. 
   

      

1. Check your email inbox and look for a Multiplying Good Password Reset email. This email can sometimes be sent to your Junk/Spam folder, be sure to check in those folders. Click the link in the email.
   

 

      

1. Enter your new password. Make sure it meets all requirements. The requirements are at least 8 characters, a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, no parts of your username. Click “Submit” once you have entered your new password.
   

       

1. You have now reset your Member Portal password. Log in using the new password.
